lyrics

Verse 1 (SB)
Started from an epiphany
Now the plans coming to fruition
Went from rapping trapping back to rap, complete the mission
And Lord knows the L's brought me back to a Musician
Really how can I lose? (How?) It's already been written
Made a decision, time to put me first
Things I envision, I swear they can’t even go in a verse
Conversed with young me like you’ll make it all work
I'm worth the wait
Used to make the weight work
Had them berserk
Wiser and matured now I’m seeing the bigger picture (Facts)
Verses like sermons, I need you to feel the scripture
Stay out the mix and no scandals, Don’t need a fixer
And be prepared to drop heat in the coldest winter
They say God gives you nothing that you can’t bear
I'm living proof cause somehow I’m still here
The puppeteer of my dreams I finesse with flair
So believe them when they say this year is my year.

Verse 2 (SAMSON)
Think I was 12 when I wrote my first lyric
Listened to Tyler and Earl, cos I never fit in
Wasn’t classed as cool, but to try I was so willing
They said I was white but my skin had melanin in
I had a troubled mind state at a young age
I learnt about cells and the membranes
But not about the darkness in the men's brain
No, I wasn’t insane
But struggling to be yourself can never leave the way you’re walking the same
Rhymes to escape
The words I used to illuminate
The page, I feed your mind with light
Photosynthesis
Anyone who takes leaves out of my book
Comes back right around and sees I'm where the interest is
I’m paying all the dividends pocket’s getting thinner
Spiritual eyes allow me to see clearer
They ask me how much confidence I foster
And I say to them watch out for the imminent imposter
Send drones with cameras attached
I wanna see my mental critics face to face then attack
Only been a year but best believe I’m here a while
I got bars hard enough to make Mona Lisa smile
These artists had their time but the limelight is for me how?
God as my witness ain’t nothing to do with me
The sights for sour eyes that hate to see me shine have to
See the co-signs grabbed with 2 songs and a freestyle

Verse 3 (Denyher)
(Absurdd) It was me against
What they thought I could do
I fought it through
Execute my potential times two (Ah haa)
Who would’ve knew?
Silence can’t be mistaken
For a lack of intelligence
Hate direct attention
I’m still a black excellent
Jumping over hurdles
Aligned continued circles
Feeling of getting nowhere
So we turn our own page
Threw away instructions
Building up our own stage (That wayyyyyy)
They say money is power
And I ain’t got none
So I’m an unbloomed flower
And I’m still working by the hour
You ain’t man, you aint defend us
You a mothafrickinn cowarddddddd
Freedom of speech
So nobody can speak for me
Sesame Street
Not a puppet I speak for
I’m sure you get the gist
I could maybe suggest
When informing bout the best
You include me in the YESSSSSS (Haha, chill out Dee)
